Job Duties:

Perform landscaping and maintenance of golf course and property; Operate small machinery including green cutters, hedge trimmers, weed wackers, blowers, mowers, and shovels; Assist with edging, trimming, and mowing; Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges; Lay sod and perform irrigation work; Remove debris and maintain clean and safe environment; Must be able to stoop, bend, and walk distances on golf course; Lift up to 50 lbs. All duties performed in various weather conditions.

There are no minimum education, skills, or work experience requirements for the position. The aforementioned requirements are normal requirements and apply to all similarly situated employees at the company; are not less favorable to any group of workers, and are required for all employees regardless of immigration status; and are not less than the minimum terms and conditions required by regulation as the program meets those requirements outlined in 20 C.F.R. 655.22(A). Therefore, Troon is abiding by the minimum terms and conditions of employment as required by regulation. Full-time workers will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week, shift schedule may vary. Shifts may vary 4, 8, or 9 hours depending on need between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 5x/week. Typical schedule is Sun.-Thur. or Tue-Sat. Days off may vary. Workers will receive one paid 30 minute meal break for every 8 or 9 hour shift. Note regarding wages: (F.B.8 and F.B.8A): The rate of pay is $19.11 per hour (40 hours per week). Any hours worked over 40 hours per week will be considered "overtime" and will be paid at the rate of $28.67 per hour. Overtime may be available (not guaranteed).
