Job Duties:

Set up, take down, clean, attend and operate concessions equipment at a traveling food trailer. Duties include cleaning equipment, cooking and serving food, taking in and organizing food stock and maintaining the unit itself. Clean all equipment, grill, fryer, utensils, pans, counters, floor, windows. Take orders, take payments, and hand concession foods to customers. Prepare and cook food in a fast food concessions trailer with a limited menu. Cooking duties are limited to preparation of a few basic pre-made foods such as hamburgers, hot dogs, tater tots, funnel cakes, and elephant ears.

Special Requirements:

The worker will travel within the U.S. mostly in the Midwest. The worker will be changing locations as often as every week. Each duration of stay is dependent on the length of the fair that is going on at that particular point in time. The worker will be provided transportation to and from work each day as well as to each new location every week. F.a.5 A-H. (continued): Varying number of hours per workday depending on shift. Monday-Saturday; 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Up to 10 hours OT possible.
