- Job Duties:
- ***RFI Response*** Food preparation includes wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables. Place food prepared by cooks on customers’ plates, and add garnishes as directed by cooks. Fill, re-fill and serve as necessary, baskets of tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole. Equipment used: standard kitchen knives. ***Original Duties*** Kitchen duties including food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing, and cooperation with fellow employees. Service duties include sanitizing the dining area, food and beverage service, answering questions regarding menu, taking order, data entry into restaurant software, handling cash, check and credit card transactions.
