Job Duties:

Clean dishes, glasses, flatware, and kitchen implements. Follow proper dishwashing procedures to sanitize according to health and safety standards. Organize and prioritize dishware in assigned dish station to efficiently to wash multiple loads. Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, following proper safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their coworkers. Occasionally wash larger pots and pans by hand. Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area. Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors. Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift. Help receive and stock deliveries of kitchen supplies.

Special Requirements:

Basic English skills. Use of: Dishwasher equipment. Must be able to lift and carry weight sufficient to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Schedule may vary and can include evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed. Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of worker to assess if worker meets the lifting, standing, and other physical ability requirements stated here.
