- Job Duties:
- Perform restorative landscaping on worksites. Take landscaping steps necessary to minimize impact of utility installation on existing landscaping using hand tools. Perform a variety of tasks such as digging site holes and maintaining and restoring sod. Manually unwind and position flexible piping by hand for placement along the ground or into shallow channels as directed. Occasionally, dig holes under the direction of a supervisor up to two feet deep to gently locate existing utility lines following all safety precautions.
