- Explain menus and specials and make food and beverage recommendations. Take food and drink orders and enter them into POS system. Deliver ordered items to customers. Assist with setting tables and keep service station stocked with silverware, condiments, and napkins. Communicate customer dietary restrictions and modifications to kitchen staff. Collect and process payments.
