- Job Duties:
- Liberty Point is a seasonal, fast casual restaurant serving appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, and fresh seafood items, which includes burgers, fries, chicken, fried seafood (shrimp, crab), salads, pizza, wraps and sandwiches. Applicants will prepare for their shift by setting up and maintaining their food station and will assist other cooks in the kitchen in grilling, cooking, or frying the requested patron's orders. Will ensure the safety of the food for serving to patrons by following methods that require short preparation time. Applicants may use and should be proficient with knives for chopping, fryer, grills, and/or stove tops, in addition to being proficient at using the equipment such as deep fryers, flattops, pizza ovens, garn/salad and grill stations to prepare the above mentioned foods and will adhere to sanitary standards at all times.
