- Job Duties:
- Check food ingredients for freshness using knowledge of temperature requirements and food spoilage. Prepare, season and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes and some meat dishes. Prepare side dishes. Arrange and garnish dishes. Ensure cleanliness of food preparation area. Store foods. Shifts will vary from 8am to 10pm; up to 6 days/week; 40 hours/week minimum and up to 32 hours/week overtime.
