- Job Duties:
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and materials. Dig trenches and excavations, backfill holes, and level earth. Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or cement mixers. Assist with preparing sites, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, and erecting scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures. Mix, pour, and place concrete materials under direction. Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools or equipment. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery or materials. Lubricate or clean machinery, equipment, or tools. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools. Clean up rubble, debris, or other waste materials to maintain a safe worksite. Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons.

- Special Requirements:
- Use of: Construction tools and equipment, including hand tools and power tools. Must be able to lift and carry weight sufficient to move equipment and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. Eligibility for drivers license. Stand throughout the shift. 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Schedule may vary and can include evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed. Employer will rely on workers own representations and observations of worker to assess if worker meets the eligibility, lifting, standing, and other physical ability requirements stated here.
