Job Duties:

Facilitate food service. Clean tables; remove dirty dishes; replace soiled table linens; set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Supply service bar with food; and serve items such as water, condiments, and coffee to patrons. Includes food running to the guest tables and banquet areas. Also will include some setup for catering and banquet events. Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Aman Resorts. Shifts vary and range from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. 35 hours per week. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed. Business is open 7 days per week. Workdays and shift times will vary. Shifts vary based on occupancy and scheduled events. Holiday and weekend shifts are required. Base hourly pay is $8.00 plus service gratuities, guaranteeing a minimum of $15.46 per hour. $23.19 per hour for OT when available. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and twist. Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 75lbs. Must Speak, read, and write the English language and communicates in a clear and congenial manner, with our guests, visitors, and employees. Must be able to hear verbal instructions, directions, and warnings. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and flex arms, walk up and down stairs/inclines, sit, climb up/down ladders, or stand for up to 5 hours at a time. Performs repetitive hand and arm movements. Position will be working indoors and outdoors, in various climates including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
