Job Duties:

Duties: Accurately take orders from guests and deliver order to table. Refill water, coffee, and remove dirty plates from table. Enter guest orders into the register and collect guest checks ensuring method of payment. Other related duties. Requirements: Job requires no minimum education or experience. However, pre-employment criminal background check will be carried out equally between the US workers and the H2B workers. Rate of Pay: Tipped position $6.42 per hour plus service charge and tips. However, employer guarantees wage rate will in no case be less than prevailing wage of $23.74 per hour. Overtime available as needed, paid at $35.61 per hour. Pay rate may increase based on years of service. 0-2 years $6.42 / 2-5 years $7.00 / 5-10 years $7.75 / 10+ years $8.75. Shifts: 8-hour day shift with minimum 35 hours per week. Shifts: 5am-1pm; 10am-6pm; 5pm-1am. Minimum 5 rotating days including weekends.
