Job Duties:

This role is NOT a traditional Server/Waiter/Waitress role. This position is in a banquet/event space environment and not within a restaurant or eatery. This position is for banquet and special events. The tasks include: · Setting and clearing tables in our event barn to provide a clean and tidy environment. · Removing used dishes, re-setting silverware and filling beverages for diners. · Delivered food promptly to the appropriate customers' tables. · Ensuring that tables are bussed, cleaned, and set up for the next paying customers. · Preparing dining areas before guests are seated, including decorating tables with candles, napkins, and the likes and placing tableware and condiments on the table. · Delivering the food from the kitchen to customers. · Ensuring that each customer is delivered the correct order.
