- Job Duties:
- **RFI Response** – place food prepared by cooks on customers’ plates, and add garnishes as directed by cooks. – fill, re-fill and serve as necessary, baskets of tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole. - wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables. – wipe down and clean tables and serving stations in the dining room. **Original** Food Preparation duties - help prep food orders, assemble chips and associated food items, cut vegetables, assist cooks with menu items as directed. Cleaning Duties - sanitize the dining area and kitchen, wash pots and pans after use.
