- Job Duties:
- Workers will help production workers by performing duties requiring less skill. Workers will primarily be working on general production work and assembling trusses. Workers will load lumber onto truss tables at joints, utilizing various tools, including hammers, nails, drills, screws, and the application of glue. Workers may operate a roller to secure truss plates. Workers will load and unload items onto equipment for processing and package finished products for shipping. Workers will ensure products are in conformance with the company’s specifications. The production worker will accurately record the product’s data and pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the processing line.

- Three (3) months of production or related experience is required. Must be able to lift seventy-five (75) lbs. frequently throughout the workday. Must be able to pass pre-employment, post-accident, and other random drug testing paid by the employer.
