- Job Duties:
- Help welcome and seat guests, present menus to guests, know all the dishes, ingredients and preparations, help take and place food and drink orders, help serve breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, help serve wine and other beverages, setup and breakdown dining room and service areas as needed, bus tables, restore and keep work stations clean. Rotating shifts, must be able to work holidays and weekends. 35 hrs/wk. Job is located on an island, accessible by ferry to Chebeague Island, Cumberland County.
