Job Duties:
Identify lawn or plant diseases to determine the appropriate course of treatment; prepare chemicals for application; fill sprayer tanks with water and chemicals based on company formulas; mix pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides for application to trees, lawns, and other greenery; treat greenery and surfaces with protective chemical substances; spray chemical treatments over designated areas; utilize knowledge of weather conditions, elevation-to-distance rations, and droplet sizes to cover specified depth areas with pesticides; operate sprayer agitators, pumps, and portable spray equipment; evaluate terrain, distribution patterns, infestations, and velocities; and maintain the landscaping machinery using water, gasoline, lubricants, and hand tools. Must be able to lift 50 pounds to a height of 4 feet; load and unload machinery of up to 200 pounds; walk across uneven and hilly terrain; and grip hand around control spray hoses.

Valid U.S. issued Driver's License Must be able to lift 50 pounds to a height of 4 feet; load and unload machinery of up to 200 pounds; walk across uneven and hilly terrain; and grip hand around control spray hoses. As stated on the ETA-9141, this role requires daily motor vehicle travel throughout Peoria and its surrounding counties, including Stark, Marshall, Woodford, Fulton, and Tazewell counties. Travel will be compensated, and at all times the employee's work will be controlled by the petitioner.
