- Job Duties:
- Food Preparation tasks include- assembling bread baskets and associated food items, filling glasses of water, coffee, soft drinks and similar drink preparations. All food preparation will take place in the dining room and at server prep stations in the dining room. Kitchen duties including cleaning and sanitizing. Service duties include sanitizing the dining area, providing food and beverage service, answering questions regarding menu, taking order, data entry into restaurant software, handling cash, check and credit card transactions. Service duties will take place in the dining room and at the customer's table.
