- Job Duties:
- Distribute menus and seat guests. Serve guests seated in our dining room inside and on our outside patio. Be capable of working in a high speed, fast paced environment. Follow opening and closing procedures, including designated side work, and proper setup of shared workstations in kitchen and dining room. Make cocktails and serve in timely manner. Be knowledgeable of various, beers, wines, and liquors. Be knowledgeable of various menu options and specialty foods we serve. Be knowledgeable of the history of Stone Hedge and its owners. Take initiative to stock, clean, and prepare for customers. Recognize food orders on the line and assemble customers’ orders for delivery. Remove used dishes, glasses, and silverware from customers in a timely manner. Collect and process payment for customers orders.
