- UNLOADING OF LOBSTERS FROM BOATS, BUTCHERING, EXTRACTING MEAT FROM LOBSTERS, PACKING THEM IN PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT. Up to 10 hours of overtime per week may be available when operationally required. A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly on Fridays
