Cutting, chopping, cooking ingredients to prepare for service Cook on the line during service: grille, sauté, pantry Careful and clean presentation of ingredients on the dish Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation guidelines throughout all kitchen work Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Clean up station and take care of leftover food and ensure kitchen is left clean Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
