- Job Duties:
- • Perform all landscaping and grounds maintenance responsibilities at the highest level needed to meet or exceed the Hotels expectation of being the #1 resort in the world. • Mowing grass, planting and caring for flower beds, shrubs, trees, lawns and event spaces. • Understanding instructions verbally or in writing from Grounds Supervisors and then being able to complete the assigned work professionally and within budgeted goals. The tasks that will be performed by the employee to ensure projects are achieved “within budgeted goals” is intended to mean: To ensure projects are achieved within budgeted goals and do not cost more than the intended financial budget, employee shall ensure: • tasks and responsibilities are completed within a timely manner • tasks are completed within Company standards 2. Tasks and functions assigned in caring for trees and event spaces will include: • blowing off the intended event space • pulling weeds in and around the intended event space • mowing, picking up limbs, in and around the intended event space • Any additional grounds related tasks related to outdoor event areas so that event spaces are appropriately manicured for guests and patrons of scheduled events.

- THREE (3) MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE PERFORMING GROUNDS WORK WHICH INCLUDES MOWING GRASS, PLANTING SHRUBS, FLOWERS OR BULBS, RAKING GRASS OR LEAVES OR OTHER RELEVANT LANDSCAPING DUTIES. BASIC ENGLISH IS REQUIRED. Drug testing and background testing required in accordance with company policy in effect at time of hire.
