- Job Duties:
- The worker will be responsible for maintaining vacation rental homes, condominiums, and commercial properties in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition. Duties include cleaning and preparing units according to company standards; dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. The worker will change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure all laundry items are clean, folded, and neatly arranged. Additional responsibilities include collecting used linens and transporting them to the laundry area, assisting with sorting, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and bedding, and restocking amenities, supplies, and linen closets. The worker will also report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors, maintain cleanliness in common and storage areas, and follow all required cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
The work Schedule is as follows: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with 8-hour shifts ranging from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and 4:00 PM – 11:59 PM.
