- Job Duties:
- Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Bring orders to the table. Keep water glasses and other beverages topped up throughout the meal. Address customer concerns and complaints professionally. Ensure efficient service by clearing tables promptly and preparing them for the next guests. Arrange table settings before guests arrive, and clear tables after they leave. Maintain a neat dining environment, including wiping down tables and chairs. Ensure that food is handled and served safely and that sanitation guidelines are followed. Must be able to stand up for 8 hours per shift with a 30-minute break and must be able to lift 50 lbs.
