- ***RFI Response*** The dishwasher will occasionally assist kitchen staff by portioning sauces into two-ounce cups using a scoop, washing potatoes using hands in a sink and portioning various foods, including potato wedges, vegetables, onion rings, and cooked pasta hands and weighing with a scale. Under the supervision of restaurant owner, a dishwasher will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently. Clean and rinse plates, loads and unloads dish machines, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mopping floors. dish area and supports overall kitchen sanitation, including emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors. ***Original F.a.2*** Under the supervision of restaurant owner, a dishwasher will clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently. Clean and rinse plates, loads and unloads dish machines, Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and supports overall kitchen sanitation, including emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors. Assist with basic food prep work, such as washing vegetables or organizing food supplies, as needed.
