- Job Duties:
- -Stocking products (herbal teas, skincare, natural herbal blends) for online shop and brick-and-mortar storefront. -Fulfilling online orders -Maintaining cleanliness of store location -Basic customer service The worker will perform duties including: • Stocking herbal teas, herbal wellness products, skincare products, and related merchandise for both retail and online sales operations. • Fulfilling customer orders for shipment. • Printing shipping labels and preparing packages for delivery. • Bottling, labeling, sealing, and packaging herbal products. • Assisting with production and manufacturing of herbal teas and wellness products. • Maintaining inventory and reporting low stock levels. • Providing basic customer service and responding to order-related inquiries. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas. • Lifting and moving products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. • Assisting with other related stock and order fulfillment duties as assigned.
