- Job Duties:
- Load, unload, and transport bagasse to the processing station using a front loader, ensuring proper distribution and safe handling. Perform pre-shift equipment inspection, routine maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure equipment operates effectively. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain project site for safe operation. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others on the job site.

- Special Requirements:
- Requires twelve months of Equipment Operator experience. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Sample shifts: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am. Employer-paid drug test required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Workers that are able to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license may drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
