- Job Duties:
- 1. Greet members, customers and guests 2. Set up the dining areas, take and place orders 3. Carry trays and plates, serving food and beverages 4. Clean and clear tables. 5. Assist in other guest service activities for members, customers and guests related to food and beverage which may occur in non-traditional settings such as a poolside area, beach cabana, or private event space. These tasks include: • Delivering and presenting food and drink orders to guests at outdoor dining locations, such as poolside lounge chairs or beachside tables. • Setting up and breaking down temporary service stations for beverage or appetizer service during special events. • Refilling drinks or clearing used items at informal or mobile dining locations (e.g., outdoor receptions or cabana setups). • Assisting with the preparation and placement of basic service ware (napkins, utensils, glassware) at buffet or bar service areas. • Monitoring assigned outdoor tables for additional guest needs and coordinating with kitchen or bar staff for fulfillment.

- Special Requirements:
- AT LEAST SIX (6) MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FINE-DINING OR HIGH-VOLUME RESTAURANT, RESORT, OR PRIVATE CLUB OR HOSPITALITY SETTING WHICH REQUIRES STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE. BASED ON COMPANY POLICY IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF HIRING, APPLICANTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST; THIS INCLUDES DOMESTIC AND H2B VISA EMPLOYEES IN SEASONAL OR FULL-TIME AND ANNUAL POSITIONS AND IS APPLIED TO ALL APPLICANTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATIONAL ORIGIN, RACE, GENDER. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours and shifts vary.
