Job Duties:

Clean, organize, and maintain back stock of fresh product. Move product as needed to support proper flower rotation across all coolers and store locations. Pull and stage flowers for the design room to keep work areas stocked. Cut and process flowers on shipment days; rotate product within all coolers as needed. Maintain safe and clean work areas by emptying trash (twice daily), sweeping floors, and addressing spills/debris as needed. Prepare receiving carts and staging areas in advance of flower deliveries. Assist with manually unloading inventory and supply trucks; move and store inventory in the correct locations. Support holiday operations by moving, staging, and preparing seasonal inventory. Deliver holiday inventory to client job sites and assist with carrying product, tools, and supplies into facilities. Assist with holiday job-site cleanup by removing debris and loose items as needed. Support operations by moving, staging, and preparing landscape inventory and plants. Deliver landscape inventory to client job sites as needed. Maintain the greenhouse facility (interior and exterior) by keeping areas clear of debris and returning containers, supplies, and tools to proper storage.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire post-accident. Driver's license required only of foreign and domestic workers who drive company vehicles (driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
