Job Duties:

Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders and serve food and beverages at tables in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address any issues. Prepare and serve basic alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and local laws. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including bar and beverage stations. Set and clear tables, restock supplies, and perform opening and closing side work. Operate point-of-sale systems, prepare checks, and process payments accurately. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service standards.

Special Requirements:

SIX (6) MONTHS OF CULINARY EXPERIENCE WHICH INCLUDES FOOD SERVICE, BARTENDING OR OTHER RELATED EXPERIENCE IN A FINE-DINING OR HIGH-VOLUME SETTING AT A RESTAURANT, RESORT, HOTEL, PRIVATE CLUB OR HOSPITALITY SETTING. BACAKGROUND CHECK MAY BE REQUIRED BASED ON COMPANY POLICY IN EFFECT AT TIME OF HIRING.
