- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform commercial and residential maintenance including mulching, fall/winter storm cleanup, shovel, and throw snow. Chip ice, spread salt, apply salt treatments to pavement and walks. Snow/ice equipment maintenance. Use hand tools and equipment such as snow shovel, plow, snow thrower, salt spreader, and ice chippers. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
