Job Duties:

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Season and cook a variety of dishes including meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, soups, salads, and desserts. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, mixers, and ranges. Monitor food preparation and cooking times to ensure proper temperature, flavor, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and follow proper sanitation procedures. Store food supplies and ingredients following proper rotation, labeling, and food safety standards. Assist in setting up and breaking down the kitchen line for service periods. Follow all health and safety protocols, including HACCP and local food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality. Dispose of food waste and kitchen refuse in accordance with sanitation policies..
