Job Duties:

Hand bag and/or pack a variety of garden products such as mosses, house plants, and planters. Perform quality checks to ensure correct condition, counts, and packaging of finished goods. Promptly inform supervisor of any quality issues. Stack finished product in correct configuration. Ensure all necessary supplies are available at a workstation: packing boxes, packaging material, tape; replenish boxes/packaging material in production area as needed. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Follow all established Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.

Special Requirements:

Requires three months of warehouse packing experience. Must lift/carry 30 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
