- Job Duties:
- Greet guests and provide table service with efficiency and courtesy. Present menus, answer questions regarding items, daily specials, and beverages, and make recommendations upon request. Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Maintain assigned station, including proper table setup, pre-bussing, cleaning, and resetting. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, host, and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health department regulations, safety guidelines, and customer service standards.
