Job Duties:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites related primary to exterior home repair; visually inspect residential structures or attached building materials to identify problems or defects present on the construction site; as needed, may perform manual labor to repair or replace siding, gutters, windows, soffits, and fasciae (e.g., for such tasks, use battery-powered drills as well as hammers, nails, and other fasteners to install and attach replacement materials to home; once materials are in place, apply caulking compounds by hand or caulking guns); may assemble and disassemble scaffolding; load and unload building materials, machinery, or tools; distribute materials to the appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications; read instructions and project plans to fulfill job duties; prepare and clean the construction site to eliminate possible hazards; perform other tasks related to construction work as requested (e.g., use battery-powered drills, hammers, nails, and other fasteners to repaid decking, etc.); and abide by all safety guidelines.
