- Job Duties:
- Load, unload, operate and use tools, equipment, and materials. Perform property maintenance tasks including mowing with power lawn mowers, moving and installing plants and plant beds with shovels and rakes, blowing with backpack blowers, raking with rakes, weeding manually and with weed whackers, pruning with manual and mechanical pruners, digging with shovels, lifting and moving plants and materials with shovels and wheelbarrows, hardscaping using pickaxes and shovels to create retaining walls, patios, dry riverbeds, land grading with shovels and grading, and installing mulch using shovels and wheelbarrows.
