Job Duties:

***RFI response*** “Specific type of facility or establishment where the worker will perform the tasks” includes the administrative office building at 230 Royal Palm Way, 2nd Floor, Palm Beach, FL 33480, located across the street from the club’s physical location. “Facilitating all club reservations for members” includes working with members to confirm their bookings for dining reservations (i.e., a la carte), cocktail parties, private events (i.e. birthday parties, bridal showers), member programming reservations (i.e., Halloween, Christmas, New Year’s Eve), member activities, and similar events (i.e., book club, art, speaker series) within the Club. “Act as primary liaison between the member and the applicable party” includes managing reservations and answering event-related questions for events such as private buyouts (i.e., brand trunk shows). The Reservationists serve as the main point of contact between members and the brand. ***Original*** Reservationists will be responsible for facilitating all club reservations for members. Reservationists serve in an anticipatory fashion, ensuring they understand member needs and interests and that members’ reservations reflect those preferences. They deliver the highest level of service and act as primary liaison between the member and the applicable party (including dining and other special events and amenities within the club) by communicating proactively with other departments regarding member needs and preferences. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employers expense if not returning from the previous season.
