Job Duties:

Food & Beverage Bussers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up tables in the dining and buffet areas with tableware such as plates, glasses, and silverware, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, delivering room service orders, providing excellent customer services, cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff, and adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. Food & Beverage Bussers assist Servers by refilling beverages and by carrying trays and baskets containing guest food orders from the kitchen, when needed. Food & Beverage Bussers do not take orders from guests, as all guest orders are taken and placed by Servers. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm, or 3:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
