Job Duties:

Front Desk Associates serve as a primary point of contact for members and their guests, delivering a welcoming and personalized hospitality experience at the Lakeside Lifestyle Center. Front Desk Associates are responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, taking reservations, and booking appointments. Front Desk Associates support daily operations across the Spa, Fitness Center, and Tennis facilities, ensuring members receive attentive service and assistance with programming, retail purchases, and facility information. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am - 2:30pm, 8:00am -4:00pm, or 10:00am - 6pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for more information.
