Job Duties:

Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to members and guests while following all state age regulations for consumption of alcohol. Bartenders will also be responsible for cleaning glasses and bar equipment, taking and placing guest orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked, and assisting the Bar Manager once a month with inventory, which includes counting inventory at their scheduled bar location. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Examples of possible shift hours are 8:00am to 3:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm, 10:00am to 5:00pm, and 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
