Job Duties:

Dining Room Managers will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day food and beverage operations including breakfast, lunch and dinner service, pool service, fine dining and club member events, researching beverage programs and wine lists, working with the Assistant Food and Beverage Director for staffing and formulating the standard operating procedures for all food and beverage service staff, performing Clubhouse opening and closing duties, including ensuring dining room is set for opening and closing operations, posting side work, ensuring the side stations are stocked and equipment and products are stored properly, assisting with banquet set up as needed, assigning and monitoring the completion of all opening and closing duties for all food and beverage service staff, liaising with kitchen and front-of-house staff, assisting with staff training and development programs, monitoring and enforcing all safety conditions and procedures, monitoring employee dress code, assisting with monthly beverage inventory, assisting with short-term strategic planning for Food and Beverage Operations, and receiving and resolving complaints from club members, guests, and employees. May be required to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. May supervise up to five (5) Bartenders and thirty-five (35) Servers during a shift. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of serving or supervisory experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end private club, hotel, or resort.
