Job Duties:

Server Assistants will be responsible for setting tables, assisting Servers by delivering trays and plates with food to guests, setting-up buffets and breaking down buffets (including arranging tables, chairs, and buffet stations according to floor plan and setting tables), cleaning and clearing tables, serving water and coffee to customers, and sweeping and vacuuming floors. Server Assistants may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) lbs. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, 2:00pm -10:00pm, or 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
