- Job Duties:
- Food & Beverage Supervisors will be responsible for greeting members and guests, assigning and ensuring that side work, set-up, and clean up are completed by service staff each shift, collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders by service staff, overseeing reservations and preparing seating plans, overseeing the service process, collecting member and guest feedback and reviews, answering the phone and taking reservations, completing and sending end of shift reports to the management team, and reviewing banquet events sheets and billing club events as needed. May supervise up to twelve (12) Servers and two (2) Bartenders. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am to 6:00pm, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, or 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
