- Job Duties:
- Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, and setting up tables in the dining area in accordance with fine dining service standards by placing and aligning tableware such as charger plates, course-specific utensils, wine and water glassware, and folded linens; polishing and inspecting glassware, flatware, and plates; arranging tables, chairs, and settings based on reservations, floor plans, and member preferences; stocking and organizing service stations with polished silverware, linens, and service tools; and setting bread plates, butter knives, and condiments as required; and conducting a final inspection of the dining room to ensure cleanliness, proper spacing, and adherence to club service standards prior to service. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:30AM-3:30PM or 2:30PM-9:30PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for more information.
