- Job Duties:
- Help installation, maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts replacement and repair of industrial equipment. Perform duties such as furnishing tools, materials, and supplies to other workers, cleaning work area, machines, and tools and holding materials or tools for other workers during the harvesting season and in preparation for the upcoming harvesting season.

- Special Requirements:
- Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 12-hour shifts (12pm-12am; 12am-12pm); overtime paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting season; 40 hours a week after harvesting season until the end of the contract. Overtime as needed after harvesting season. Workers will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday. A weekly meal allowance will be provided to the worker.
