- Job Duties:
- Dining Room Supervisor will be responsible for greeting customers, managing the guest reservation system and waitlist if applicable, taking and placing guest orders, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables as needed, maintaining linens and service ware items, and setting up tables in the dining area in accordance with fine dining service standards by placing and aligning tableware such as charger plates, course-specific utensils, wine and water glassware, and folded linens; polishing and inspecting glassware, flatware, and plates; arranging tables, chairs, and settings based on reservations, floor plans, and member preferences; stocking and organizing service stations with polished silverware, linens, and service tools; setting bread plates, butter knives, and condiments as required; and conducting a final inspection of the dining room to ensure cleanliness, proper spacing, and adherence to club service standards prior to service. May supervise up to twelve (12) Servers. Dining Room Supervisors may need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00AM-3:00PM or 2:00PM-9:00PM.
