- Job Duties:
- ***RFI response*** Setting up and breaking down the dining areas consists of placing and removing tableware such as cutlery, salt and pepper shakers, and centerpieces and occasionally moving and rearranging chairs and tables based on the needs of the dining outlet. The Petitioner employs specific banquet set up employees other than Servers that do the majority of setting up and breaking down the dining areas. The tools/equipment used to perform these tasks are the occasional use of a chair cart for chairs or a table cart for tables. ***Original*** Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up and breaking down the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, and providing our members with exemplary service. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am to 4:00pm or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.

- The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense. Former workers are exempt from background check and drug screening if they have been re-hired within six (6) months of termination.
