- Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 8 and 10-12 hour shifts (11am-7pm; 7pm-3am; 3am-11am) or (11am-11pm; 11pm-11am); 56+ hours per week, overtime paid after 40 hours a week during and after harvesting season. 40 hours a week will be offered after harvesting season until the end of the contract. Overtime as needed after harvesting season. Workers will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
