Job Duties:

Servers will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers will maintain knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, specialty drinks, and all food menus, including daily specials. Servers will assist with set up and break down of the dining room for regular service and special events (including arranging tables and chairs according to floor plan and setting tables). Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00AM to 5:00PM, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, 1:00PM to 9:00PM, or 2:00PM to 10:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements:
