Job Duties:

***RFI response*** “Occasional set-up and/or breaking down of events” - this consists of moving and positioning dining tables and ballroom chairs according to floor plans, relocating buffet tables within the dining room to and from adjacent storage areas, setting up beverage stations (e.g., with drink dispensers and drinkware), and returning tables, chairs, and equipment to storage area following events. “Tools, equipment, and materials used” – this includes chair dollies (rolling carts for stacked ballroom chairs) and table movers (rolling table carts), with remaining items moved by manually lifting and carrying. No power tools or mechanized equipment are used. ***Original*** Servers will be responsible for greeting/seating customers, setting all dining areas, (to include a la carte & banquet dining), taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, serving food and beverages, clearing and cleaning tables, occasional set-up and/or break-down of banquet events, understanding and operating Point of Sale (POS) system, and supporting co-workers during busy periods of high business volumes in order to meet service standards. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Special Requirements:
