Job Duties:
***2nd RFI response*** Tasks performed on Vehicles: Clean. Tools used: May use Broom, Cloth, Soap. Tasks performed on Industrial Machinery. To clarify, the Industrial Machinery are amusement rides, food concessions trailers and related carnival equipment. Replace defective or worn parts such as light bulbs, switches, belts, hoses & belts. Sand, scrape, clean, surfaces and structures to maintain appearance and prevent rust or deterioration. Tools used: May use the following tools, equipment, and materials while performing assigned duties: Wrenches, socket and ratchet sets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, pry bars, measuring tape, adjustable wrenches, sandpaper, pencils & gloves. They will use step ladders, vacuums and cleaning equipment and supplies, such as sponges, rags and soap. Tasks performed on Electrical and Electronic Equipment. To clarify the Electrical and Electronic Equipment will be worked on, these would be the sound systems and control boxes that are included in the Amusement Ride. Tasks would be to clean our dust and debris that may have collected within the system, replace light bulbs, place wire ties or similar restraints on wiring. Tools: May use the following tools, equipment, and materials while performing assigned duties: Wrenches, socket and ratchet sets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, pry bars, measuring tape, adjustable wrenches, sandpaper, cans of pressurized air, pencils & gloves. They will use step ladders, vacuums and cleaning equipment and supplies, such as sponges, rags and soap. ***1st RFI response*** Specific Tasks and tools used to perform those tasks: The workers will assist with the setup, and dismantling for purposes of review and repair of amusement rides, food concession trailers and related carnival equipment. Replace defective or worn parts such as light bulbs, switches, belts, hoses & belts. Sand, scrape, clean trailers, metal surfaces and structures to maintain appearance and prevent rust or deterioration. Check and replace electrical bulbs, sockets, fuse and lighting fixtures as needed. Clean and maintain work areas. Workers may use the following tools, equipment, and materials while performing assigned duties: Wrenches, socket and ratchet sets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, pry bars, measuring tape, adjustable wrenches, sandpaper, pencils & gloves. They will use ladders, vacuums and cleaning equipment and supplies, such as sponges, rags and soap. Neither Vehicles, Industrial Machinery nor Electrical & Electronic Equipment will be serviced, only amusement rides, food concessions trailers and related carnival equipment. No work will be performed on Diesel Engines. ***Original*** Help installation, maintenance, and repair workers in maintenance, parts replacement, and repair of vehicles, industrial machinery, and electrical and electronic equipment. Perform duties such as furnishing tools, materials and supplies to other workers; cleaning work area, machines, and tools; and holding materials or tools for other workers.
